Our "Do It Yoursel" Level 1 program is perfectly designed for the person who has some idea of what they would like to accomplish with their health and fitness but doesn't quite know how to go about it. In this program you can expect an easy to follow beginners approach to fitness and weight resistance that will surely get you on the right track!
D.I.Y. Level 1 includes: 3 workouts per week challenging the entire body scheduled for you in our online training platform. You will be able to track each and every workout to keep tabs on your progress.
The D.I.Y. programs do not inlude weekly coach check ins, or customization to the program.
