In our "Do It Yourself " Level 2 Training Program we will be providing a slightly more advanced approach to your training. This is geared toward the person(s) that have as good idea of "why" and "how" but need help figuring out "when and what" they need weekly to reach their goals. You can expect things to pick up relatively quick and challenge you from start to finish!
D.I.Y. Level 2 includes: 3 workouts per week designed to further challenge you by adding more functional and Olympic lifts scheduled for you in our online training platform. You will be able to track each and every workout to keep tabs on your progress.
D.I.Y. programs do not include weekly check ins with a coach or program customization.
