Our "Do It Yourself" Level 3 Training Program kicks it up a notch! This is where the pedal hits the metal and we dive deep into full functional, Olympic, balance, and cardio based training. This program is for the hardcore athlete who has what it takes to get the job done, trains often, and knows what it takes to succeed.


 What we provide for you is the accountability, and tools that you are missing to complete your game. We will have one 20 minute phone call to re-check your progress at the end of the month and make sure you have all the necessary tools to smash your goals!


D.I.Y. 3 includes: 3 workouts per week designed to push you to your limits by adding a ton of dynamic, functional, Olympic, and hardcore weight resistance training. This advanced level will help you build structural muscle and maintain flexibility to keep you in top form!  You will be able to track each and every workout to keep tabs on your progress.


D.I.Y. programs do not include weekly check ins with a coach or program customization.
