Our Level 1 Coaching Program is desiged as an introduction to movement with purpose. This Level 1 package is 1 month 2 days a week fitness and conditioning plan designed to help guide you and provide familiarity with the basics of body mechanics and functional movement.
Your plan will be customized for you after an initial consultation, and health assessment. You will then be emailed an access code and smartphone app where you will download your program and access your pre scheduled programs.
You will have personal one on one coaching with your coach, and have weekly check ins.
Level 1 program includes:

-1 Month- 2 days a week (estimated 8 hours) of training
