This Level 2 Coaching package is a 1 month, 3 day a week intermediate structured program designed to challenge you through a complex system of movements. We will dive further into the necessary abilities you will be learning and refining to improve your physical and mental strength. This is a challenging level for the athlete looking to get over the hump, and crush goals.
This is a popular program for hunters, and outdoorsmen (and women) looking to take their physical abilities and preformance to the next level!
Your plan will be customized for you after an initial consultation, and health assessment. You will then be emailed an access code and smartphone app where you will download your program and access your pre scheduled programs.
